As we start putting out physicals, it’s our goal to make sure that the process is as streamlined as possible. That’s why we believe that communication is key between us and our customers. Do you ship to my country?

Montaime ships internationally, however it will come at an extra cost.

I preordered something, but I'd like to be updated on where my order is. Where can I find info on that?

Preorders can take a while to fulfill, which is why we’ll be providing regular updates on physical manufacturing, and providing photos and videos. We promise to announce significant updates such as shipping time frames and test pressing arrivals, all of which will be posted on social media.

How can I contact Montaime directly about any questions or concerns?

Do you have any questions or concerns about your order, or anything else? Send us an email (contact@montai.me) or a chat message here on our website in the lower left corner, we’ll get back to you in 24 hours or less.

What type of shipping materials and procedures do you use? And what happens if my order shows up damaged?

We use the highest quality shipping materials and procedures to make sure your physicals come in pristine condition. We’ll ship records in Whiplash mailers, out of the sleeve to reduce the chance of split seams. If your order is damaged in the mail, we’ll replace it free of charge.

What's your refund policy?

For preorders, your order will ship in 7 business days of us receiving the physicals, or its free. We will announce when we receive physicals on our socials. For regular orders, we’ll ship within 7 business days of you placing the order, or it’s free. If you decide that you’d like your preorder refunded, send us a message or email and we’ll help refund you.

Does all this apply to clothing merchandise orders?

While Montaime handles all physical music releases, merchandise is delegated to a made-to-order partner that does not provide refunds or returns for incorrect orders. If you’re product arrives with shipping defects you can contact us and we can work on getting you a replacement order. But this does not apply to you filling out incorrect information.
